As an 18-year old high school student, I knew that I wanted to work in a specific field (sports) in a particular role (sports agent), but I had no clue how I was going to accomplish this goal I set at a young age. Through trial and error, I developed my own networking approach and career plan that helped me navigate the sports industry, land a front-office position with an NFL team and obtain my goal of becoming an NFL agent. I took copious notes and met great people along the way, and those notes and relationships became my book, From Mascot To Agent And Everything In Between. The purpose of my book is to help students and aspiring professionals identify their passions, understand their strengths and align the two, which represents their greatest likelihood of professional success.

My passion to help others accomplish their goals and maximize their potential led to the formation of J.H. Strategists, an executive coaching and professional development company. I truly believe that every single person has the capacity to do great things, it's just a matter of identifying what that means and developing a concrete plan to get there.
